Hmm, I’ve done a good search using google’s internal site-search like this site: I wasn’t aware of this book before it. I read this article about month ago. Otherwise, in my experience a concentrated awareness of the senses is more appropriate when walking around town than satipatthana, which is best reserved for lunch breaks, the park, time at home, and so on. Let me put forward something which is related to meditation -while scanning the body and when contemplating on the corpse sometimes I feel disgusted about it and then I swift to the contemplation of feelings and then the rest of the satipatthanas respectively.
