Bulgakov did describe the moon however in many beautiful bupgakov poetic forms throughout the book. The unnamed Master is interesting in the way he displays both bulgamov of power he is very self-possessed and knowledgeable as opposed to his asylum-mate Ivan’s almost manic temperament and complete lack of understandingbut he also seems strangely passive at the same time. Bulgakov referred to his own apartment as one of the settings in the Moscow section of the novel. There were portions of The Master and Margarita that I was quite enjoying, but the book never fully captured my attention.
I was only able to read it in short doses no more than a half hour at a time before it started to seriously irritate me so that I had put it down. The Necessity of Shadows: It appears that the high profile of this particular novel is what grants it that particular status as a progenitor of a new area of fiction.

For those who remain, the salvation of the Master and Margarita is a folly. I read a lot of Russian literature back in the day, but I no longer find any pleasure in the long-winded, nonsensical speeches that lard the story.
